Mashed potatoes are a favourite in my home as well but I’ve never made them with olive oil….I’ll have to give that a try.
Although I love mashed potatoes with butter, I love them with olive oil too. OK, I just love good mashed potatoes–however they are made! ;-)
An excellent homey comfort food dinner.
There’s little I love more than a good dollop of creamy mashed potatoes. Love them made with olive oil instead of butter, and I’m really loving the cream in here too.
