Tara of Seven Spoons is hosting the 31st edition of Sugar High Friday, the brain child of Jennifer at the Domestic Goddess. The theme is Shades of White, the task is making a dessert featuring a hue of white. I participate with a „soup“, which is versatile. It contains greek yoghurt with 10 % fat and can be served as a small main course or dessert.
Honeydew Yoghurt Soup

Directions
Peel honeydew, remove cores and cut into chunks. Give chunks into a saucpan with sugar and bring to a boil. Purée and strain through a sieve.
Cool down the liquor and fold in the yoghurt. Season to taste with honey if desired.
