When I returned from Munich I found a parcel from Katie at Thyme for Cooking. She returned the favour for the care package. See what I got:
Mogettes de Vendee are a local speciality, these are ready to eat and need no soaking. Katie, you know about my sweet tooth.
If I understand correctly, Persillade is a chopped mixture of garlic and parsley, my favourite herb. And the smell of Fleur de Sel Ail needs no explanation.
